SOLD……..A bead and cross stitch needle case. c1860An attractive cloth needle case in the form of a book with white and gold bead work on a red cross stitched ground. c 1860 Inside it is lined in cream silk and has a pocket containing card wrapped with thread made especially for it. In the back there's a stitched band meant for scissors, stiletto etc. and in between the two is cloth for loose needles. The frames are gilt metal with claw set pastes and the prints depict fashionable ladies
